The SPRINT Fund

The SPRINT Fund is a charity dedicated to the support of training and research in the treatment of trauma and orthopaedic conditions for the benefit of patients in Brighton, Hove and Mid-Sussex.

The SPRINT Fund pays for nurses and technicians to attend training workshops and conferences. It supports doctors undergoing specialist training by providing grants for them to study at leading centres in the UK and in other countries.

The SPRINT Fund provides teaching equipment in hospital departments such as audio visual aids, projectors and screens. We will support research through the provision of equipment and the payment of laboratory fees

The SPRINT Fund raises money in several ways including golf and cycle events, "Hip & Knee Walk" along Brighton seafront and donations

The SPRINT Fund provides teaching materials such as textbooks, journals, artificial bones and joints and instruments for practicising surgical techniques.
